Sous Chef Jeff Workman was born in Fort Hood, Texas, and lived in Germany and Japan with his family. Traveling whet his appetite for food and presented the future chef with immense exposure to culinary creations and culture. Today, the seasoned chef appreciates being part of an intimate but accomplished kitchen team where he savors teaching and coaching fellow staff.
Jeff attended the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Boulder, Colorado, and this formal training officially put him on the path to Harry's. He worked in a number of highly respected culinary destinations in Denver and Boulder and most recently held leadership positions at Coco Bolos and Aggie Station in Manhattan. Jeff's global perspective, interest in local farms, culinary artistry and passion for teaching make him the ideal addition to Harry's team.
